Raised in Toronto to immigrant parents, Maria adopted their hard work ethic and perseverance to get the job done and ultimately uses these qualities to help her clients. Maria likes to win (for her clients) but does so with a calm demeanour and a smile.  Today Maria lives in York Region with her husband, two children and her little, furry companion. Maria attended the University of Toronto, where she studied Education and subsequently became a high school teacher and taught for over 25 years. She joined the Real Estate profession in 2014 and has never looked back. With her strong educational background, Maria guides clients through all aspects of the selling and purchasing process.  Maria prides herself on giving all her clients honest, current market updates and comparable sales, giving clients a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market.  Maria has become an esteemed realtor, highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field. She has helped many clients in Toronto and throughout York Region, and GTA sell, purchase or lease a home. Her clients and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her client dedication. She is communicative, thorough and detail oriented, and she will be alongside you every step of the way.  Maria utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her client’s purchasing and selling needs, including professional photographers, videographers, stagers, painters, and home inspectors. Knowledge is power, and she continues to update and expand on her knowledge and expertise by continuously taking courses.  Maria currently holds three designations, RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) , SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and ASA (Accredited Senior Agent).  Maria is a proud supporter and contributor to the Ontario Realtors Care Foundation, the Children’s Miracle Network and Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
